Cancellation Policy

TREATMENT STUDIO: To cancel or reschedule appointments at Ossie Studio please contact your treatment provider at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any less than this and full payment for the missed appointment will be required. FITNESS CLASSES: You must contact us 24 hours ahead of the start time of the class to cancel your space. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non refundable / non-exchangeable.
