Service Description

Come a long to out first run club training night back for an Introduction to Running session. Whether you're new to running or want to take your running back to basics, our workshop is perfect for you. We'll start with a talk from coach Carrine on how to get started running, followed by a workshop focussing on mobility and run drills, and then a short, easy run to put what you've learned into practice. Come join us and discover the joy of running for yourself :) :)

Cancellation Policy

TREATMENTS: To cancel or reschedule appointments at Ossie Studio please contact your treatment provider at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any less than this and full payment for the missed appointment will be required. You can make and manage your own bookings by making an account on our website. FITNESS CLASSES: You must contact us 24 hours ahead of the start time of the class to cancel your space. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non refundable / non-exchangeable. You can make and manage your own bookings by making an account on our website. SOCIAL CLUBS: If you can no longer attend a booked session it is essential thay you cancel your booking.
