Service Description
This 4-week beginner yoga course is designed to help you feel confident, supported, and at ease in your practice. Meeting once a week for one hour on Sundays, we will focus on learning clear alignment principles that make the core elements of yoga more accessible and enjoyable. By understanding how and why we move, you’ll feel more stable, safe, and free to drop into the flow of a regular yoga class. In a small group setting, we will work step-by-step through foundational yoga postures, exploring breath, alignment, and simple transitions with personalised guidance and practical tips. Each week builds on the last, giving you time to absorb and embody what you learn. The course culminates in a final integrated practice, bringing everything together into a complete, flowing class. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to the basics, this course will give you the tools to move with confidence and clarity on the mat.
